PURPOSE: Personnel service support to soldiers, their Families, and DOD Civilians about the sponsorship program and entitlements provided at Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield.
ROUTINE USES: General disclosures permitted by the Privacy Act. Disclosures of personal information may include name and email addresses.
DISCLOSURE: Disclosure of personally identifiable information is voluntary. However, failure to provide identifying information may prevent ability to process the installation in a timely manner.

The personally identifiable information provided is used by 3 ID in-processing center and U.S. Army Garrison Fort Stewart to supply local information to newcomers. This information is culminated by providing the user a certificate of completion once all task are completed. Your personal information is used to define each person to obtain the required certificate of completion. The Garrison is collecting your information in electronic format and it will be discarded after 90 days.
